Description: Laminate Flooring Inspection Course
This is a one-day course that will train future inspectors to become professionally qualified to inspect laminate floors. Upon completion of this course, the inspector will have gained the knowledge and the skills needed to appropriately gather the information required to not only determine the cause of most laminate flooring failures, but to also support their conclusion in a written report.
This course provides hands-on training from highly qualified instructors and will cover product understanding (including the various locking systems), installation methods, proper moisture testing, substrate preparation, identification of common issues, inspection tools, and report writing. This class will also review noise and water warranties.

Description: Residential Carpet Inspection Course
The in-person portion of the Carpet Inspector training course provides an in-depth 2-day hands-on training experience with hundreds of samples for review. Learn how to identify: manufacturing-related defects, installation-related damages, seam construction issues, and inspection techniques depending on the seam construction method.
This class will also review performance-related concerns, cleaning, maintenance-related damages, etc.
